The Firm singly advised on Shareholder Exit Procedures in a company marred with serious shareholders dispute and where the other shareholders were opposed to the exit of our client. In this matter, our client managed to sell of its shares to an off-shore company at a consideration of Kshs. 2 Billion (approximately USD 20M).
