The Firm was appointed as the sole legal advisor to one of the local top-notch Transport, Logistics and Vehicle Leasing Company to assist in setting up its logistics department.
The Firm assisted in drafting various agreements such as Outsourced Vehicle Management Agreements, Transport Services Agreement, Fleet Management Agreements, Vehicle Telematics Agreements, Road Rescue Agreements, originating and assisting in the negotiation for all the Software Agreements relevant for the Client’s business such as, Master Software Lease Agreement, Software Licensing Agreement, Maintenance & Service Orders, Consulting Service Terms and Consulting Services Orders etc., drafting, reviewing and negotiating Managed Logistics and Transport Agreements, Master Lease Agreements for vehicles, Service, Maintenance and Repair Agreements, Affinity Partnership Agreements, carrying out the necessary due diligence, advising on and implementing organizational and management structures based on a thorough legal analysis of the project and advising on all regulatory approvals.
To date, the Transport and Logistic Department is fully operational, and thriving.
